Levelland housing authority is very rude and unprofessional. I have multiple clients that I have tried to help with housing and had to work with this company on many different occasions, on all occasions they have been less then helpful, the population that they are meant to serve, they treat like garbage. It is very clear that the individuals working here DO NOT want to do their jobs, which is helping populations in need. I have gone up to the office to try and receive help and was literally yelled at to go online, I have been hung up on while trying to discuss options for a client with them. Let me add, I have only had professional interactions with them and have never been rude or disrespectful during my interactions as I am on the clock and could get into trouble with my company. I discourage any company or individual from trying to work with them if it can be avoided. I honestly can not believe that the individuals working here are still employed.

They kicked me out for not singhing paper work documents we went truned them would not recomnd this place at all
