This town has to be the worst in Texas.

We moved and shut off our water but they still charged me for the new owners water for the rest of the month which resulted in the biggest bill I received in the almost 6 years that I lived at the house. 0 customer service when I brought this to their attention and I am now having to call all of the other utility companies just to prove that I requested the shut off when I did. This is the only utility/internet provider that I have had any trouble with the whole time I've lived in the house as well.
