My husband and I had just had an offer accepted on a property and needed a roof inspection done as soon as possible. I contacted Clear Choice Roofing on Wednesday morning and they were able to send an inspector out (who was on time) on Thursday afternoon. Mike (Michael) Ludlow was fantastic! He sent us notes that included an overview of the condition of the roof, the estimated remaining life of the roof, and an honest, reasonable assessment about any suboptimal conditions he found (with photos), along with a quote for the optional repairs.nnMike didn't try to push a repair we didn't need, and prefaced that the only repair he mentioned was optional in his report. I also e-mailed him a ton of questions and asked for him to interpret a previous repair invoice to me that I didn't understand, and he was prompt, polite, and descriptive in his responses.nnThanks so much, Mike!
