Terrible deliveries! Constantly mis-delivered mail and packages! When packages do arrive, they are placed right next to the street, instead of near the house! I wish we had better options, or ANY other options for regular deliveries! Still awaiting a package that was scanned as delivered, but was not delivered to my address! Also, when you request a mail hold to be delivered on a specified date, and the mail truck just drives on by.... WOW! UNACCEPTABLE!
Stop defacing mailboxes that do not belong to you. If you would have asked me about the house number missing, I would have told you why it wasn't on there yet. This does not give you the right to use a sharpie and scribble numbers on our brand new $400 mailbox, which by the way... didn't really help you at all since you delivered my neighbors mail to me today.
The gentleman I've worked with the past couple of time I've been there in March/ April 2010 have been very pleasant to work with.
Great customer service at this location.
I changed my review from one star to three stars .. service is getting better after 13 years.
