The Springs has been a life savor for me. I needed a place for my momnand fast. They were and always have been so kind, willing to help in anywaynthey keep me informed on everything even before COVID. I can call anyntime to check up on mom. Mom can not hear so when I come to see thrunthe window she needs help and they awesome so kind and helpful. I cant say enough about the heroes at The Springs. Everyone goes above andnbeyond.

This place is the best in the area, I came here for my rehab stay to get back home. The Assisted director of nurses Alison was who greeted me when I first got there. Helping me adjust to being in a facility as I did not want to be here. She continued to check on me throughout my stay. All the floor staff were so nice and helpful, food was good, therapy was all about getting me better so I could return home.

The staff at Cottonwood are amazing! So caring and helpful. My father in law is currently at the facility and had been for the last month. The facility is always so clean (we went daily to visit) and the staff is so pleasant. The rooms are a great size and the recreation area is awesome. The food was ok he says. The staff is what makes the facility shine!

Wow!!!!!! The customer service of this place was amazing.. I called to set up a tour and everyone was so friendly and informative..One of the nurses there I believe her name was Jennifer she was AWESOME she put my mind at ease about the care my mom would be receiving and I made mind up right then this was the place for her. Thanks to your team you guys really know your stuff...I looked at about 5 places and did not receive the attention I got here..thanks again I know my mom will be in good hands!!
