To keep this short, ha!, I either leave 4-5 stars if I'm quite satisfied with the specific service received for their specialty, or the staff has done their job to the best of their abilities. With different staff on different days, it's highly frustrating when you feel your time is being wasted. I, too, have had 'bad' experiences on bad days.nBut, it has to be really bad, and have occurred several times for me to give 1-2 stars to a business. I.g. I have had three screaming children in my car, thinking “It’s going to be okay, because I’ve waited for this medicine for months...and today it has a generic!!”; or e.i., there’s far more you can be mad at in this world than a pharmacy not having Sonic-like service.nI didn’t hear anything about the store, other than you ranting at the staff for treating you special.n**and I think it’s a little on the overboard side, that you had someone post your first post Word for Word. I’d hate to be next to you in traffic.nMy experience this evening was great! They had a medicine transferred over from another pharmacy with less than 2hrs before closing because the pharmacist on duty knew I had already been without it for 3-4 nights. Maybe she was empathetic to my situation because she’s got a toddler to go home to.

I waited in the car line for my prescription for 25 minutes that was ready, while in the car with a crying toddler, so I had to go in and they got me within five minutes and when I told the manager that I waited in line for 25 minutes and I came inside in my bathing suit and cover up, He did not say a word or apologize or tell me they were shortstaffed and I’m not one of those old people who has all the Time in the world the way I had a toddler with me.nnI have also had this happen to me and they told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes when I went In, so I came back and stood in the car line for 20 minutes or more and when I got to the front they said the prescription wasn’t ready and I would have to wait so I waited in my car for 45 minutes and then went inside and it still was not ready it was very frustrating and not one person apologized or did anything to make the situation better or feel better this Walgreens needs some better management and customer service.

They made me wait for 30 min just to tell me my photo order wasn’t ready. One asian guy came to helped us and because he couldn’t find the order, he left me alone because had a line of people ready to check outnI waited another 10 min and no assistance at allnA waist of timenThere is another Walgreens at Leander at Bagdad and and crystal falls that has way better customer service

Best thing about this particular Walgreens is that it was a 24 hour pharmacy. Now that it isn't I no longer want to use it as my pharmacy of choice. No matter how early my doctors send a prescription, I am always told that it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. Waited three hours? Ready in 25 minutes! Headed straight there? Ready in 25 minutes! It is more expensive than every other pharmacy around this area, sometimes by double or triple the cash price. This pharmacy has also lost prescriptions - ones that they told me would be ready in 25 minutes, and when I come back they said that they can't find the regular prescription, can I call the doctor again... Even though I handed them the prescription or the doctor faxed it in and they verbally told me that they were putting it in as we spoke. I was definitely willing to pay extra and continue to wait for prescriptions in the middle of the night... But now it isn't worth using this pharmacy.
