Bad Postoffice (05/01/2019)

They make us use addresses that are inconsistent with the way the world works today. The address they give me is rejected by Amazon and numerous other shippers. Amazon will not let me put the address that USPS gives me in the address slot. The addresses get rejected by the shippers apparently because they don't show up in the USPS database. My stuff gets returned over and over unpredictably. Furthermore, the previous manager at the post office did not do this bad stuff. The current manager swears this is officially how it's supposed to be done, which may be the case for all I know. Something is broken in this system. Help. I am being held hostage by the US Postal Service.

DECEMBER 2020 East Bernard post office has lost another package of mine so I contacted customer service in Houston and employee from East Bernard called me to tell me I can return her call but JANETT is NEVER IN THE POST OFFICE yesterday Janett went to lunch and did not return to work, I called all day again today same issue or she is just dodging calls if an employee is never in the office she cannot be helping a customer find their package ! MY PACKAGE WAS MAILED 12/9/2020 PAID EXTRA POSTAGE FOR 2 DAY SHIPMENT TODAY IS DEC 23 NO TRACKING FOUND ON MY SHIPMENT I I have had many packages and letters go missing .A few months ago I sent a letter certified mail receipt to Omaha Nebraska and it still has not been received 13 days later. This is absolutely horrible service a normal letter takes four days. Someone is throwing mail away or eating it !!! Time for POST MASTER TO GET INVOLVED! Do not trust this post office !

I never leave bad reviews but these people deserve one. Not only did they give me an attitude, the lady in the front kept ignoring me and attending the other customers behind me! If you're going to work at a place that requires customer service, at least improve your people skills. There is no need to be rude to someone coming in for some help.

Bad experience here. Don’t waste your time if you need something shipped. These people are rude and look at you like your dumb. Go somewhere else if you don’t want your day ruined.nnP.S. There’s a red headed lady in there that hates her life and shouldn’t be in the the customer service industry. If you’re reading this, find a different job.
