Absolutely the worst customer service!!! Had a package delivered to the post office and they lost it between the back door and my mail box. Lady ( not Molly)said she would check with route carrier to locate package. I have a po box. They have never delivered to my house, because I don't have a mail receptacle. Then said call and cancel your order. She don't care!!!
Absolutely the worst, the post master is constantly rude, and always threatening to send your packages back to sender due to minor address issues even though know where it belongs .Now with that said Mollie is the sweetest!
I had a parcel that was too big for my PO Box at the post office. I was unable to come in during normal hours as I work out of town. I asked the Post Master if she could place it in one of the many storage lockers they have and leave the key in my PO Box. She stated she could not do this because all the lockers are full. I have never in 20 years seen all the lockers being used. I stopped on the way home (4 hours later) and all but a few were unused. I have a hard time believing that they all emptied in 4 hours. Also, any mail that comes with my street address instead of the PO Box they return even though they now who I am and which box is mine.
Literally the worst post office in The United States of America. I just moved to town and called with a mail delivery question. When tracking mail it just sits in van for days before being delivered. The answer I got was “call back in 20 minutes Your carrier isn’t here.” When I called back the lady was very rude and told me I should have called back sooner because my carrier was out again. She then told me that the carrier would be out until after she left the office. She informed me that she would not leave a note for the carrier to call me back. Basically the worst customer service ever. Is it to much to ask someone call you back instead of me calling over and over just hopping I catch them at the right time. I am literally considering getting a P.O. box in a different town because this post office is so bad.
My said it was delivered but I watched and they never stopped at my mail box also have had issues with mail not being delivered worst service ever
