Austin the clerk was very disrespectful to an elderly patron who had a life or death issue with him serving a woman who wasn’t wearing a face mask. The elderly man raised awareness to Austin about it as I was getting coffee. Austin never asked the woman to wear a mask as she freely roamed the store in total disregard to the numerous amount of COVID-19 SIGNS posted. The woman was clearly spreading the disease and not helping containment. Austin is putting every other customer at risk with this unprofessional behavior. This happened about 15 minutes ago from 20 minutes ago from 10:30am today. Loves Travel Centers should acknowledge the death toll of this and really help save lives.

This location is filthy! I purchased a shower and the walls were slimy, floor was dirty, the toilet was gross with hair and dirt and the shower walls were slimy with black film on it.
