I love the after hours self-service and PO Box/package pick-up options. With COVID, being able to go late at night to take care of most of my postal needs is fantastic. When I've had to go during business hours, the staff is friendly and safe.
I have sent a package to another country. It’s been 25 days, but the package haven’t left Austin yet. When sending my package, the woman working there was not sure how to send it! When I went to the office to ask about my package, they didn’t help at all. I wonder if my package was sent at all! Can you please help me!

A disappointing branch of the USPS. Packages are frequently lost, customer service nearly impossible to contact, and staff is wholly unconcerned with issues regarding delivery that arise. It would be difficult to separate the larger issues that USPS faces from the particular dynamics of this branch, but it is safe to say that the Speedway USPS faces numerous problems, both in operations and communication with the public. I wish they could get their act together so that I could trust the mail again. Unfortunately, it's been one bad experience after another.
