I would give this place no stars if I could. The delivery I paid 43 dollars for it to be express shipped to my apartment showed up at 3:30 on a Wednesday. I have a job. the package needed a signature so I wanted it to be reordered. I cant reorder it because it says I have to come and pick it up. I cant do that until next bloody week. absolutely terrible service
For the second time in 6 months a package that has been tracked to the Buda PO has disappeared. This time they even show it delivered which is incorrect. I have a locked box at my complex. Puts the integrity of delivery personnel in question. Attempting to contact office manager, but he was absolutely useless last time so not holding much hope.
Ive come to this location for years. The ladies that work there are nice but for some reason Robert is always rude to me. I've seen him be friendly to people in front of me and when its my turn to check out, he gets rude. His demeanor changes. I tell him hi, and he ignores me. Won't ask how fast I want to mail my packages, just circles 2 areas on receipt and doesn't explain what for. He just shuts down!
Clean and socially distant USPS location. The ladies are very friendly and helpful.
Don’t deliver as specified, skips days, holds important mail and decides when they’ll finally deliver it, has been known to return packages to sender I guess because they don’t want to deliver. Need to clean house and get a supervisor that cares as well as workers that actually want to do their jobs. Also have heard them tell people you can pay for 2 day delivery but we don’t do that here. So why offer it?!
