Great staff, very friendly and accommodation. Small, and that about my only complaint. It wasn't overcrowded when I was there though. Manager is very vocal with his employees, seemed very well organized. You can tell that they're actually communicating about what needs to be done. ud83dude09

Jared Hansen was the best and most caring driver I have ever been able to imagine. I went to Souix Falls South Dakota to Gillette Wyoming and was very scared because this was my first bus ride!! I hope Jefferson values him enough!

Enjoyed JL in the past. Got me to where I needed to go, even though I have had issues with them before. Am going to ride with them again next month though.

I am amazed to see the great reviews of this place. My driver knew nothing of where the bus was going when she got off work. I asked the new driver when the bus was leaving he said when its moving it's leaving. I tried to inform the front of the driver not being helpful to every guest asking her a question her answer was I didn't know but you getting off my bus. I'm off work. While I'm telling the young girl behind the counter she looks blankly at me then to the crowd and asks to help whoever is next. Reaction from the crowd of people in the lobby was they were all as shocked as I was. I then asked what her name was she continued to ignore me I then asked to speak with her manager she said he will return on Monday but I refuse to give you my name.

Though it's not located downtown and you have to take the city bus to reach it, this depot is pretty good. Comfortable seats inside, clean bathrooms, a Subway right next door for food, courteous employees. In other words -- the direct opposite of Greyhound!
