I went in with a pulled muscle. They helped me every step of the way, got me in and out so fast, and took care of all of my concerns. Even went out of their way for a few things. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to.

04/08/21nGave 1 star rating due to my experience of my blood draw test exam.nThe nurse didn’t seem very confident and nervous & really stuck me kinda hard and deep. The blood wasn’t flowing correctly which in turn made me more nervous. She even seemed more nervous, especially for someone with anxiety for needles, blood draws. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Went to Concentra for a drug test, upon arrival I was greeted and the lead receptionist was awesome with great customer service. As for the nurse (Alexis) had a great attitude and amazing customer service.nThanks to all the staff
