Worst pharmacy ever I was told to come back twice for the prescription and it still wasn’t ready and they are very unprofessional

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is disgustingly unprofessional! There is no communication and it is clear the workers Hannah in particular do not know what they are doing. They couldn't find prescriptions sent over, when they did acknowledge a prescription in the system they said they couldn't see it on the list, they told me to go back in an hour told my Dr. everything would be ready in an hour and when I get there to pick up a prescription Hannah stated she needed a few more minutes. 20 minutes later and Hannah tells me nothing is ready. . I don't know if they need glasses, the ability to tell time or more training, but this pharmacy is a joke.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy in Buda area. My doctor’s office has forgotten to change and so I have now filled 3 prescriptions here. Average wait time is AT LEAST 20minutes for no more than 2 cars ahead of your turn. I was 5th in line (2 lanes) and it was a 35 minute wait. Unacceptable that HEB does not address the issue. Friendly staff, but hopefully my last time using them.

Today I called back to speak to the pharmacist about my sons medication, ( I only had one question) & he was extremely rude.., Don’t waste your time calling and asking anything if he’s just going to tell you “well what does it say on the bottle” Definitely using the Walmart pharmacy from now on.
