Worst CVS in Central Texas. Literally WILL NOT fill your prescription until you drive up to their window and ask for it. Regardless if your doctors office has called it in or if you order online refill for a specific time. Then you get to wait another 2 hours. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Online order refill to be ready for pickup at 12 noon. Go to drive thru at 2pm, that'll be ready in 2 hours.nnCVS Corporate needs to perform an audit of this location.

I absolutely hate the new voice-controlled options when calling in. INFURIATING. Go back to the old menu where people can just press the number corresponding to the option they want, instead of literally having to mute the phone so that it doesn’t try to interpret background noise. And which word gets me to speak to a PERSON?? Admin? Staff? Representative? Agent?? Please make it stop.nnOk so i really hate that but have learned to mute my phone automatically so it doesn’t misinterpret random sounds.nnThey were really struggling here recently and I called and got ahold of the manager. I was like dude what’s going on??? It’s been awful! Turns out they have been SUPER short staffed in the pharmacy since before the pandemic. Apparently they need pharmacy techs. (He asked if I knew any, lol)nnSo while I kept a few, less urgent prescriptions at this location, I transferred several others to a diff CVS to lighten their workload.nnI don’t know if they finally hired more people or what but it’s been MUCH better lately so I wanted to update my review and give 5 stars bc I really appreciated the manager leveling w me and being honest and genuine.
