Riley Gardner Memorial has been a comfort to my family especially Steve. They have designed and created several headstones and resting places for 3 of our loving family members. They took special care in making unique and memorable stones for us making sure to capture the essence of our loved ones. We would trust no one else to help us during this time of need and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Riley Gardner Memorial.

This was one of the best experiences my family had during this difficult time. Riley Gardner Memorial was the best choice that we could have made to have my late father's monument done. From the beginning of the process, Steve worked with my mother and myself through the design and completion of the project. Steve was very patient with us and made sure that every detail that we wanted was included. He never tried selling us more than what we wanted and was an ease to work with. He gave us several options until we made a decision. Not only was the design exactly what we wanted, but we were also surprised to get our monument ahead of the expected delivery date. Steve also went out to the cemetery to ensure that the monument was set correctly and looked right. We can't thank Steve and Riley-Gardner enough for the great job that they did on my Dad's monument.

Riley-Gardner Memorial provided excellent customer service. For such an awful thing to have to do of choosing a headstone for my late husband, they made it the best experience it could have been. During my appointment, I was never rushed or pressured. They gave me all my options and listened carefully to my wishes. They had the best pricing I could also find in Austin. After choosing the headstone, Steve Gardner was very prompt and thorough in follow up communication regarding a photo we had placed on the headstone. It was also delivered and placed even earlier than the guaranteed date which is always a blessing and they did a fantastic job with the installation. I highly recommend Riley-Gardner Memorial.

We had an excellent experience with this store. Steve Gilbert worked with us on the design and the result was beautiful. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Initially we tried to do this on our own, that wasn't going so well. Working with someone like Steve made a huge difference, some guidance is very helpful.
