The word honorable doesn't mean a thing for this judge and the county/people he represents. I was an out of state driver who received a citation for speeding under false pretenses, but decided it was easier to pay the ticket then to fight it. Under a 90 day probation period I never received the proper paperwork and Judge Doan notified me that it was my fault. How can it be my fault if I don't live or know how Merkel Texas does these things. Arrogant Judge great job at with holding the law redneck. Stay away from the highway 20 in TEXAS these people must be drinking the swamp water.
