Tried to used my %30 Birthday coupon. She didn't know how to ring it up, they were busy and I was so lucky to have her give me 15cents off for my $60 plus spending because she didn't w AZ want to rie-ring it up as the other gentleman told her to do. Ugh.....their coupons are bogus and she knew she didn'tprocess me correctly!

They never have anything ready for pickup. Ever!! Don't rely on the doc to send them something and you be able to drive there and pick it up. Because the first time you drive there or call about it, they will tell you it will be ready in 30minutes. This never fails . I don't normally write reviews but this is ridiculous when a person is sick and needs the medication.

Do not take your Worker’s Comp prescriptions to them. They do not check the prescription which says that it needs to be billed to workers comp and will ask you to pay the whole thing yourself. This has happened twice with me and I will not be using cvs pharmacy anymore. It took me a month to get my first WC prescription properly covered and I’m going on a week with this second one.nI specified at drop off that it was for worker’s comp and they looked puzzled when I went to pick it up and said I wasn’t going to pay $23 for a prescription that is supposed to be covered. All because they didn’t do their jobs and call the insurance company for authorization. They half-way do the job and take forever to complete it once you catch them on it.
