If I could give a -10 I would. Go to pick up prescription they tell us someone made it inactive so it couldn't be filled. Granted my dad has pancreatic cancer and has this prescription from 3 different doctors, and all of them are inactive! I don't think so. Contacted the doctors none of them made it inactive. Went to pick up prescription today, they weren't ready yet go back 15 minutes later to pick them up. Pick up prescriptions one of them isn't in the there. Go back to them they tell us thats all they have. I pull up the online app it shows the prescription at their store in progress. Go back to them this time they say insurance won't pay for it. So, I'm like fine but why didn't you tell me that rather than you don't have the prescription. I had already called the prescribing doctor and they said no they had called it in on March 30, 2017 it's April 4th, 2017 and they have been telling me they didnt have it. ARGH! The other pharmacist is wonderful this woman (don't know her name) is terrible in this position.
