Marc and his crew are incredible! This is by far the best shop that I've ever used and I give them my strongest endorsement. Simply put, I'm not taking my truck anyplace else. The were able to do a performance tune for me when I first came to them and spotted a problem with my coolant system that was easy to fix while they were under the hood. That coolant issue was a quick fix in the shop and saved a roadside break down. They also helped diagnose a problem with my air system and fixed it quickly too. I drove all the way back from Georgia with no AC so that I could have them fix it because I don't trust anyone else working on my truck now. They caught a small problem as I was about to leave the shop at three o'clock and they made a special parts run and got my truck repaired and rolling by five o'clock. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none! I make my living with this truck and won't go anywhere else. They are the best.nMac, Come and Take It Truck Lines

Had my clutch replaced over the holidays. I think did a pretty good job. I'm really impressed with them because they found some air leaks, coolant leaks and replaced my windshield where it won't leak when it rains. And I did not ask them to do that but they found those other extra problems and took care of them without breaking my piggy bank. Good job guys I will be back.

These guys were great, I needed the right software to turn up my T680 Paccar and they had it. I only waited from start to finish about an hour and I was outta there.Thanks guys if I need work and i am in the area I will be there.

I spoke with Mark about work I had done on my truck prior to ever taking it to him. He was courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options. When I finally did start doing business with Big Shop they have been very professional, upfront with time frame to accomplish the work, and just really good to deal with. I will always highly recommend them. They have at least 14-16 bays and are able to get you in and fixed, repaired, or serviced in a very timely manner. It’s tremendously hard to find mechanics that have HONOR & INTEGRITY in trucking today, and Mark, Dave, and Lisa stand out heads above all. God bless them always.
