Been dealing with this for way to long. The person that delivers our mail just doesn't care. I receive my neighbors mail. My other neighbors get my mail and so on. I have not received 2 packages because neighbors have gotten them and kept them. And I know this because when I check order status is says delivered at mail box. I have received other people's credit card statements and very personal mail. This is not ok. Yall seem to just brush it off like it's nothing. I have made numerous complaints and have gotten nowhere.

Went to send for my wife's passport, the lady at the front counter very proffecional and kindly asked us to wait at the table to far right for Roy . We were there about 45 minutes to early in case of we needed any more paperwork.nRoy was extremely helpful, proffecional and very respectful, this government employees need to be acknowledge and respected for their hard work just like we like to be respected. They need to be respected like our Military, Law enforcement, firefighters and medical first responders.nIn case people don't know in Mexico as far back as I remember they do celebratenMailman day on November 12

It’s so frustrating when you can’t get your mail delivered. My mail carrier holds my mail when he feels like it or sends my packages back to sender, and lies about my mail box being blocked. The previous owners had the same issue with the mail carrier at Remington Ranch. Mansfield Post Office need to get better mail carriers!

It's not just the location, but the entire USPS that is the most irritatingly inept run business I've ever seen. From a Priority package taking over two weeks to be delivered to it ultimately being mis-delivered. I absolutely refuse to even BUY from anyone knowing they are going to use the USPS.

Every time that I go to this post office I have always had a positive experience. If an item will not fit in my mailbox, the mail carrier will leave a notice that it will be available for pick up. Whenever I go to the post office they quickly retrieve my item and I am on my way. As for the customer service at the location, I would definitely say that the folks who work at this Mansfield office know how to get the job done in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. They move the line along and get people in and out.
