Customer service is trash! Asked to hold a shoe and told them I was cutting it close to closing time but that I would be there exactly 5 minutes before closing well got there before time and the doors where locked and the ladies that where at the front counter just looked at the door as if nobody was standing outside if you don’t close till 6 why are your doors locked so early you already had my selection all I had to do was pay. Ugh I love the store hate the customer service it provides! You’re store needs a new sales team ASAP!
