I really didn’t want to be this person but unfortunately, this company has left me no choice. After repeatedly dodging our phone calls (despite many pleas and voicemails left to Donna), we had no choice but to take matters into our own hands. We had a wedding planned for February 19th, 2021. As Texans know, this was during the big snow and ice storm (AN ACT OF GOD, RIGHT?). Our venue had cancelled our event due to a burst pipe and we had to change the location of our event to a closer location. My husband called on Wednesday, February 17th, and spoke with Thomas to discuss if the services would still be provided for our event. Thomas explained that per the governor, road conditions were not suitable for transportation vehicles such as roadrunner to be providing services. He left us with the mindset of ‘it’s not looking good’. Because of the uncertainty on whether or not safe transportation could be provided, we were unable to use their services. Now, this company is trying to keep our $900 without any refund whatsoever. We altered our entire event within 24 hours to a more safer location because of their inability to provide a service. We have exhausted ourselves trying to get answers from this company. It’s now nearing the month of April and they continue to avoid us! Their most recent accusation was that “Thomas never said that we couldn’t provide the service”. Why would we make this up? If that were true, wouldn’t we have used their services? If you plan on having an event requiring transportation, by ALL MEANS, LOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT ROADRUNNER!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Incredibly rude. The worst customer service and are basically STEALING peoples money. Who takes money and doesn’t even provide the service that they were contracted to do?! TRASH COMPANY.

I was just recommended this service but after Ms Kesleys horrible experience we will look elsewhere!!!nThanks !!!
