Be careful doing business with this store. Twice now, Janelle has quoted a price for some work we asked her to do. Both times after accepting her quote and leaving our product with her that we wanted blinged she has came back stating she could not do the work for the price she gave! The first situation went from fully blinging an item as per a picture and measurements given for $400 to picking up the item and it only being less than 1/4 blinged unless providing more money. The second and last situation went from fully blinging an item that was left in her possession for $500 to her increasing the price to what she stated to be “a minimum of $1500”! Ummm, no thank you! Needless to say, the 2nd item was picked up without any work done and we will never do business here again! One star is definitely an overrating of this business!
What a wonderful, helpful place this is! I needed extra help with making an important decision, and they were patient and knowledgeable. They made sure I knew that what I wanted was important to them. They also found a way around a difficult situation. They are the best.nAnd they treated every customer who walked through the door the same way. All the customers who came in while I was there expressed their satisfaction/delight with each item. They have EARNED a loyal customer in me.
Stacy and her team truly care about the quality and finish of your project. This was my first experience working with them and their expertise and communication exceeded my expectations. They have earned all my future business. I recommend their services and look forward to partnering with them on many more fun projects.
Stacy was amazing! I needed 2 shirts done the next day. And she did it! I told her to come up with the design, and it was better than I ever thought it could be!! They were perfect! There is no other place I would go!
