Inefficient and unreliable. My husband insists on using this particular pharmacy but I find them incredibly inefficient and slow: counter help consistently has to ask somebody else in the room questions on how to do something or where a particular order is located. I can always expect a minimum wait of 10 minutes even if I'm the only person in line. My husbands refills are rarely on time and one particular insulin is always denied refill until the exact date their system thinks he is completely out; the pharmacist also tries to fill the needle prescription with a more expensive pack with a storage container instead of the plain box he's gotten for years for pennies on the dollar. We will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can finally convince my husband.

Very frustrating with COvid vaccine roll out. I called several Brookshire’s pharmacies today for my at risk , over 65 parents...only to receive “number not available.” I finally spoke to a clerk at one pharmacy. She stated, “Oh, this roll out is only for healthcare workers... vaccines for over 65 and at risk are not available until mid-February.” The state website and the pharmacies seem to be in conflict.
