I was riding my bike and they pulled me over because I ran a stop sign and I was going faster than the speed limit. This town is garbage. I’m only 13.
The speed trap is before you come into town. What person can read a speed limit sign 100 ft before the sign. There is not sufficient enough time to slow down from 55 to 40 mph for the speed zone. After the 40 mph speed zone the speed goes back up to 55mph. This is probably a town that is white and Hispanic and they both don't like other races. How do you know I'm not hispanic?
Impounded my car left me and my two 10years old and 8 year old stranded in a gas station because of they didn't have a car seat... apparently I was putting them in danger and him leaving us stranded 6hrs away from home is safer..
If I could give negative stars I surely would. This police station were impounding cars to Mexico when they ran out of room in their own impound lot. I highly doubt they had permission to do this. There very corrupt.
Got a speeding ticket from an officer when the speed limit sign right in front of me said the speed i was going and got the ticket for. Officer was extremely rude. Court never answered my phone calls when I was trying to pay the ticket and never called me back. It wasnt till the last day that they answered. It's been 3 years now and I'm still dealing with this because they didnt submit their paperwork right. This department is absolute garbage and everything about it is terrible. Never going to that city even if they pay me. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why people do not like Texas.
