Purely breaking the law with fees theu just want tp make up the date ypur water bill is due? Makes no sense to me. I want to pay on the 1st wheb i get paid. Well i did that and then come next month i owe for two months of water they put all kinds of fees on there never told me what date or trash was being used in the water bill. The utlility bill is used as water not trash so i dont understand how they can run more than one company out of a water company which is an individual company by law in the state of texas. I used 34.58 of water and my bill was 84.58. Im giving them no stars because they shouldn't be able to charge fees on something that someone else has no control over and that's the dates their just making up for you to pay your bill. Oh and the 10th fell on a sunday so i couldnt pay it if i wanted to. My friend died and i wasnt able to pay til the 19th. They still wouldn't discard the fee. These people are crooked and have been breaking the law for years. I will get to the bottom of it. Theres NO REASON WHY MY BILL SHOULD BE DOUBLE OF WHAT I USED!
