Pat and Rhonda know what they are doing and exactly how to explain how it all works. Amazing people to work with and were able to answer any questions I had! They also have amazing pricing! So we found this company at a home show and they offered to come out and give us the first treatment for free which they did and it went very well. We decided to go ahead and try them out on a two month bases and it just seem to never work again for us. They did keep coming out to spray but it just never seem to work beyond a few hours. Our neighbor had another company spray for them and I felt like once this guy found out he was more about trying to get their business then keeping mine. With the last treatment not working I went ahead and canceled and he seem to give me excuse on why it didn't work including telling me I had a really bad yard for this product. So if that's true and you have very limited foliage in your yard then this product will not work for you. Just some of my thoughts on the process and dealing with this company.
