Very rude, no call no show for the first appointment, reschedule three weeks later, show up five hours late, charge 25% more, do a poor job, finish started falling off within a month, had to replace the entire tub and redo shower surround because of it.nn*overpricedn*dishonestn*poor qualityn*horrible customer servicennSave your time and money and DO NOT call these guysnnApparently they have organization issues as well. As for following up with the issues, I did. The lady that answered was supposed to pass along the information. I called twice and never heard back.
I called this morning, they were here this afternoon. Tub repaired quickly and in the most professional manner. Highly recommend Hard Tops of South Dakota!!
