Great bookstore with friendly owners. Nice selectuon of books. They are retiring so will probably be closing soon.
The owners are having a retirement sale after 30 years. As of date of this post all books are 60% off price. There's still some hard to find books as well as very rare books in stock.

One of the highlights of Kerrville. Shame they are retiring soon and will no longer be around.
I have visited bookstore across the country, in 27 states, and this one ranks quite high on my list of best. The staff is quite helpful, extremely friendly, and quite knowledgeable. Their selection is wonderful, especially their regional, history, and literature sections. Book prices are very reasonable here, and if you're like me, patient and take your time to browse each section thoroughly, you'll find some wonderful gems.
