Professional, Excellent, Service!
Ken's Comfort Zone is THE BEST in their field. They are the most professional, courteous, honest and friendly group of people. They went way out of their way when my A/C died, to see that I did not have to wait through the weekend to get relief from the heat. I will be forever grateful to them. Their customer service is top notch. A big thank you to Jill, Darren, Aaron, Joey and Bobby for their help. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I definetly will be a customer for life.
Very poor Customer service, The office was rude , When I ask to speak to the Owner I was told that She is the Owner, and that she has the right to refuse service to anyone. I just wanted my Ac repaired, I'm on an Oxygen machine and it's hard to breath in this heat. Do not waste your time on these Crooks .
From the Quote to the Installation of HVAC System - VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST!!!nnThis team was exceptional at explaining what would be needed from the unit size to the new electrical panel to meet code inspection.nnThey took out the 42 year old system and installed the new HVAC Heat Pump system in a day! Because the electrician would be out after they installed, they dropped by 1st thing this morning and verified it was working and turned on the new AC!nnI would highly recommend Ken's Comfort for any HVAC needs!
