We move all around the state so I utilize many post offices and this post office without a doubt is the most disgraceful. Every negative review you read on here is absolutely true. All I can say is that majority of these employees are lucky they are governed by a union. Otherwise, they would have been terminated immediately. I know it can be difficult to find good employees, but come on. These are the best you can find? Seriously? Oh, and to any employees of this post office that may be reading this, have some compassion. I'm fortunate that I am able to drive to the post office and wait in line for an hour to pick up all the packages that my carrier decides he/she doesn't feel like delivering, however, many people are not in that same situation and rely on their packages to be delivered to their home. So think about that next time you decide to skip out on someone's packages and force them to retrieve them themselves from your location. What if that was your elderly, disabled or just down on their luck loved one that is not able to do this on their own? I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE DENTIST TELL ME I NEED A ROOT CANAL THAN MY TRACKING NUMBER TELL ME MY PACKAGES WERE UNDELIVERABLE AND ARE READY FOR PICKUP. Albeit a root canal is more costly, I'm certain it is less painful and time consuming then a visit to this circus.
They left a note in my box for me to pick up my items. I didnt go the first day. I went the following day there was another note in regards to another package. I went to the desk to retrieve my items. The one from the first day couldnt ve produced. I stood there for almost an hour. A man came from the back and ask for a tracking number, I opened my phone. He pushed my phone back across the counter and told me to read it off. Then another lady approached and basically refused. They began closing while I was standing there. I was told to stand by the blue door and someone would help. Another 10 minutes past so I knocked and rang the doorbell. I was told they would call police if I didnt leave. And they did in fact call police. Nothing was done on either behalf. Gratefully I was able to get a refund on the item that I'm assuming was stolen by a postal worker.
I have not recieved mail In 2 years because they say it's a VACANT lot. Hmmmm I see the mail person every day and she sees me...I am always outside as they pass. Now when this was a vacant lot. There was mail all in the box. I even recieved someone else's mail who doesn't live here! I have to borrow someone's address in another town!!! And drive 45 minutes to get it!!!! A supervisor(Caucasian) yelled at me one day for telling her I live here. She said that google maps and mail lady said it was vacant oh, and a neighbor.. yet no one asked me...again....hmmmnFunny thing is people in Hampshire and Fannett have heard same thing.nThis post office needs a BIG REBOOT. They need to get a whole new crew. Not move these people else where...just boot them out compketely.
NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION - WHO IS CHARGE OF THIS MESS?nnmail delivery is a hit or miss.... have gone 3-4 days without mail delivery. sometimes will deliver and not pick-up the outgoing mail... WHICH IS IN THE MAILBOX!
Same story as everyone else. Terrible service they forces boxes into mailbox rubber bands box's to mailbox . Anything it takes to not get out of the truck. And on multiple occasions marks delivered with nothing left at the home . I call complain and bam shows up next day at my place. I use fedex and ups whenever I can because of this bad service
