For a little over two weeks, I had a HOLD MAIL for my address. It apparently meant nothing to the post office. Mail was delivered every day to our address during this time. Luckily, a neighbor noted this and let me know. I made over 40 calls to the post office. With the exception of one time, no one answered. The one time that someone did answer, I explained the problem. I was told she would take care of it. Mail continued to be delivered. I filed two complaints. My answer was to call them, even though I mentioned in the filed complaint that none answered the phone.
I try to avoid this place like a plague. The Customer Service in the worst I have ever experienced.
Thank you guys for all you do and I know you are having problems and I want to set the record straight.nThere have been 15 to 20 positions with post office you hire traine they quit
The post office itself was a breeze to go through and got what I needed. However, some of my mail has been misplaced from time to time. Good thing we have good neighbors who have personally brought it to our home.
USPS will be just a memory before long. I go in with a form printed from the USPS website and the clerks all have no idea about it. They want to argue with me. I should have known better.
