I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are only a few aids that cared about their patients. The rest only did the bare minimum. They were always short staffed. And it seemed like the office people had no control over the bad treatment some of the aids that were rude.

I was in Walmart to see a lady in a motor scooter crying in line. Come to find out her transit company closed and she didn’t know how to get back home. So I called two different times to find out what’s going on. The 3 rd time I called I spoke to a nurse named TINA. she was highly unprofessional, rude, and interrupted me as I spoke. Just simply trying to help this lady find a way home. I say with this lady at Walmart AT NIGHT for over an hour trying to get her a ride home!!!! SUPER TERRIBLE IF YOU ASK MY OPINION. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

We spent the day with the staff doing chair massages on them and had the pleasure of hearing the Patience there sing with the little ones that came to visit. We were also blessed to get to hear one of the residents play some Beautiful music on the piano.nThe atmosphere is so relaxing and loving! I would recommend it to anyone!

My father had issues swallowing and was supposed to be monitored when her ate. Much of the time this wasn’t done. Latter when it progressed to them having to feed him it was in a rushed manner. He died of aspiration related pneumonia

This place nearly killed my mother. The lack of disaster planning and the lack of care for residents during Hurricane Harvey was terrifying. Did anybody know this company (Seniorcare) owns the 2 facilities in Port Arthur that refused to evacuate the elderly residents in a flooded facility? There were no news crew reporting even though this facility housed over 130 residents without medications, water, and staff for 8 days. If you care nothing for the health and safety of your loved ones this is the place for you!!
