I asked my 12 year old daughter if she knew who Babe was. She said Babe Ruth? And right then and there I knew an injustice had been done in her history lessons. So I rented an RV. Drove from Tamap Fl, 981 miles to Beaumont TX to show her in person the true GOAT (greatest of all time) athlete. This museum was wonderful. Newly renovated during the COVID shut down. Open to the public again and beautiful! what a treat for my daughter to see, hear, and understand what it means for an athlete to just tackle and take on adversity in the early days of men/vs/women sports. If she tried it, she became the best at it. And this museum is a wonderful representation and honor to Babe. Its a must stop as you travel thru

Fun stop along I-10. My husband and I had been curious about the museum and Babe for some time and finally decided to stop. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. We had just as much fun interacting with her as we did touring the museum. The space is small and doesn’t take long to go through. We were there about a half hour. But it is packed with interesting tidbits about this remarkable athlete. Her Olympic medals were not present, but we still enjoyed the experience

Very nice small museum dedicated to a local area but some area seems boring.
