Judge Allison is amazing. I sat in the courtroom for about an hour, watching how kind and uplifting he is. He was very nice.. very caring! We need more judges like him!
My daughter went in and seen Judge Allison. Which was an awesome Judge. He charged her for a few dismissal fees and defensive driving. We returned with the paperwork he had asked for and paid the fees. A few months later I received a warrant in the mail over these charges. I called and talked to the ladies who take payments she stated on of the 10.00 dismissal fees wasn't paid. Which if they would have done their job properly this wouldn't have happened. She was picked up in Beaumont for a traffic stop, later that day. Which cost 150.00 to bail. We had to take another day off to go talk to the judge which wouldn't here my daughters side of things (not Judge Allison) and she had to pay 254.00 for the fines. I am every disappointed in the incompetence of these people! She should have never had a warrant, put in jail or had to pay another fine for their ignorance!
Man Judge Lively and Judge Allison is the best I appreciate the fact that they both dont sit in that chair n pretend like life dont happen to them alwaus kind n understanding
I just wanted to brag about Judge Lively. I haven’t seen many judges, which is a probably a good thing but he is by far the best one I’ve ever talk to. He is very kind and caring and is great at his job. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you and find the best solution to your problems. He definitely has my respect and is the best judge in Southeast Texas by a long shot!
