Horrible! These people are unaware of what is going on in their department. I was given a $80 credit $0 balance bill, and they turned off my water.

Everytime I go into this little building the employees are always trying to handle someone rudely I mean to the point make people want to slap fire from them. At least 2 of them need to be reconsidered or termination because of their none people skills.

The water department staff are so incompetent. When it comes to Bree, Chandra and Ashley honestly these girls are super unprofessional and dumb. It seems like new management needs to take over and hire better people to work because they're terrible.

Under covid circumstances they were not helpful or sensitive to my needs. I just want to pay my bill and have assuramce i wont get cutoff. Very disappointing.
