Have had multiple issues. One time package was sent to wrong state, even though the address clearly stated SD. Other time package said out for delivery at 9:30 and at 11:30 the same day it was delivered in Texas and an individual signed for it

This is regarding a package that I ordered via Express mail priority two day shipping. I spoke with a lovely woman named Kelly who not only apologized profusely for USPS' misplacement but she went above and beyond by giving me advice on what to do with the company and even called California and Sioux falls to try and find it! Kelly is the definition of customer service and I work the front desk at a hotel so takes one to know one! Way to go Kelly!
