Dunkin'

Terrible experience! 80% of the time my drink is made wrong. Well this morning I ordered an iced coffee and when I got there they went to give me a hot coffee... told the lady at the window it was wrong it’s supposed to be iced (which is what I ordered and it clearly said iced coffee with cream and Irish cream on my sticker)nOnce it was re made I grabbed the coffee and had to leave I didn’t try it at the window cause I assumed it was made correctly. Once I got to work and tried my iced coffee, it was clearly not Irish creme (which is my favorite flavor) it was something else like a hazel nut flavor, which I don’t like. Well now I can’t leave work to go back and have it re made, tried calling the store a few times at 830 and no one would answer. I didn’t drink my coffee, so once I was able to go on my lunch I tried calling the store again, no answer. I called the store 4 times before I tried going up there to have my drink re made. Of course at work a co worker dumped the coffee out and threw out my cup, once I noticed that happened I took the sticker off my cup to show them what I ordered. I get to the store and the guy at the speaker tells me to pull forward I explain to him what happened at the window and he says I’ll be right back, then another kid comes to the window and says we can’t re make the drink without the original coffee... I explain to him it got dumped and thrown away but I have my receipt on my phone. He tells me he won’t re make it without the original coffee, I ask to speak to a manager and he proceeds to tell me a manager is NOT at the store....nI’m a regular at this store and come Monday-Friday even twice a day sometimes. Not trying to get a free coffee just wanted my drink that they made wrong re made...nSo I ended up leaving cause he refused to make it.nThen I had to call another store in the area to try and a get a district managers number or a number to corporate, instead the manager at the 11th street location listened to what happened and offered to re make my drink for me.nI worked as a manager at Starbucks for 4 years and have never turned down a customer to remake a drink, especially if they couldn’t come back until a later time because of a work schedule.nThis store sucks, they could have just done the right thing and re made my drink instead of arguing with me about it.nAnd why is there not a manager at the store at 1230 in the afternoon?nHopefully a district manager reads this and will correct the employees at this location.

I visit time after time hoping for better service, but it just gets worse and worse. These folks don’t care about anything. Always closing weird hours, always out of the same stuff (or not wanting to make it), and ALWAYS rude. Waste of time and money 98.99% of the time.

You would think that Dunkin Donuts would be THE Place to get donuts but now, for from it. They're horrible and not just this location, all locations. What happened to them? Now everything is reheated from frozen and far from fresh. They only have good coffee and respectable breakfast sandwiches. That's the only thing going for them and they know it. That's why they're so expensive.

Orders are pretty frequently incorrect and donuts are face down in the bag. Good place if you want a quick coffee but expect varying results.

Hands down the worst service I have had in a long time. After I sat at the menu, waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about three minutes, I drove to the window... where I continued to wait. The girl in the window sat and visited with the car in front of me for almost 10 minutes. When I finally did get to the window to order, she told me I would have to order at the menu next time if I wanted to get served. I completely understand waiting when an establishment is busy, but there was only one other car.
