they raised the price on them and they are bitter on the carmal iced coffees.
Really slow service. Waited 20 minutes in drive through for 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Then, they were cold. Bagels were rock hard too. I'd either find a different dunkin or somewhere else altogether.
The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts location ever!! I was visiting from out of town and every other location I go to puts the cream cheese on the bagel. The workers here refused! I ordered a bottle coke and went over my order twice with the lady at the drive through. We pulled up and she “forgot” to add the bottle coke to my order. Then demanded I paid her for something I went over with her not once BUT TWICE. The intelligence inside of this Dunkin’ Donuts is laughable.
Beware! The manger doesn’t let customers use their bathrooms even in an emergency. I am from out of town and have been in here twice to get breakfast and go to the bathroom in the past 3 weeks. Both times the bathrooms were closed to customers only. I thought it was because of the freeze but when I asked, it was a managerial decision and it will stay that way. I will not purchase from them again since they aren’t customer friendly. Unfortunate.
People are extremely nice, but donuts tasted a day old to me.
