Alan showed up fast and on time. They were the only company with availability to come out on the hottest day of the year. He got the ac temporarily fixed until I can afford to replace it. He was also very friendly.
I was praying hard when I found my basement flooded. I am so thankful that God answered my prayers and we found Golden Rule Service. They go above and beyond the call of duty and far above what is expected from a plumbing and HVAC company. They got everything up and running again and stayed late to make sure it was done right. Alan is the most professional person I've ever had in my home. He was early to the appointment and worked very efficiently to get our hot water heater back up and running quickly. We also signed up their Total Care Club and will definitely be relying on their services or our homes plumbing, heating and cooling systems after having bad experiences with other contractors in the past.
