Had fraud and I could hardly understand customer service so they sent me into the branch. I came into the branch and they said I just have to keep asking for someone else to speak English since a main office is in India..

I came in with a really difficult situation and the team handled it so quickly and graciously! Teyler London is the associate that worked with me and she definitely deserves a raise!

I love the fact that you can pretty much do everything and anything from their ATM or on your phone! Who wants to wait in line for 20 min while the drive thru tellers hello others when I can deposit checks, cash, get text that I just made a deposit or an email. You can take a picture of a check on your phone using their mobile app and it's deposited into your account. For those reasons they are 5 stars...... But when I took a survey for Amazon and they said "For taking this survey you can choose from the following items just pay shipping". I chose a face cream. It didn't say how much it cost regularly but it was $2.99 in shipping. Then in 2 weeks I checked my account and that company set up recurring bank withdraws for $89.95. I freaked out!!! I called the fraud Dept and they told me I need to try and resolve it first. After 2 months I still wasn't getting a refund and the bank believed them!!! The only recurring withdraws I ever did was car insurance. I'm disabled and live on $800.00 at the time and they really thought I authorized a face cream for 10% of my monthly income. If there ever is a charge on your card you didn't authorize don't you do all the work, just order a new card and make them! I worked over 60hrs trying to resolve it myself and I had plenty of reason showing it was fraudulent the survey to show them but they said since I authorized them to take $2.99 out of my card for shipping some how that meant I wanted a tiny jar of face cream every month for closed to $90.00! I don't even give them a1 star! They get no stars from me!!! Is been a few years and I'm still angry!

I couldn’t believe how well I was treated at this branch. Truly felt they cared about me not as a customer or client. But, as a person that needed financial guidance. Taylor hands down is the best in the biz!
