Mr. Gonzalez was very attentive throughout the whole process. This was very unexpected, and we received excellent service despite the short notice. He showed compassion and care for the family and I am pleased with all of our interactions. None of my questions were left unanswered and he made a rather difficult process very easy for the family.nnThe facility was clean and beautiful.
If you are looking for a place to take your loved one that has integrity, compassion, and honors contracts, RIVERA FUNERAL HOME IS NOT IT. They don’t do any of those things. They showed us no compassion or professionalism. The owner feels he is able to break contracts AND DOES because he can. To the point of refusing to fulfill his commitment and leaving a family without giving it a second thought BUT not face the family. Things will seem to run smoothly INTIL HE CHANGES HIS MIND...even with a signed contract.
We just recently lost our father in January 2020. Rivera Funeral Home were extremely kind and amazing. Very understanding. Helped us plan and schedule everything beautifully. We are very grateful for their kindness. Our questions were always answered. Thank you so much Rivera Funeral Home.
