Ordered a couple of school uniform dresses in January, was promised a 2 week production time. Inquired after 5 weeks...was then told by Customer Service it would not be ready before the end of April. A whopping 3 months delivery time for a couple of dresses!nnLadies at the store are friendly, review reflects performance of HQ.nnUPDATE: they have reached out to me and really made an effort to solve the problem.
We walked in, were greeted by friendly staff, she found what we were looking for, and we were done. Super efficient. Thanks!
-5 peoples behind the desk and no one seems to notice me....n-schedules not convenientn-poor quality of material (don't have 100% coton; in best case 40% coton or most of the time 100% polyester)
Awesome customer service. The digital paperwork and experience makes it so easy! Loved that they sent me a replacement item when I needed it - no questions asked.
I purchased one of the light blue dresses for my granddaughter. We loved it and she looked so adorable in it we purchased another last night. They wash up perfect and still keep the fresh look.
