The post master had probably been the most respectful person to work for this office Joyce rudely hung up on me telling me she didn’t have time to deal with me then disconnected the phone making me have to go up there to get my own answer when asking about time of delivery on a Saturday since it’s been a month and I still don’t have a key or access to my box. While I’m there a gentlemen decided to be just as unprofessional with me when giving me a yellow stop mail card and told me to put it in my box or give it to my mail carrier knowing I don’t have access to it nor the times of delivery. He then advised me times of delivery between 10am-5pm being very broad about detail not trying to help based off location that was no help at all. I’m very disappointed in the service I have been provided and I’m new to white oak. So this dosent say much for government workers of this new town
I will have to start going out of my way to avoid this post office. Very rude employee who just slams your packages on the table.
if I could leave zero Stars I would it is the most unprofessional post office there is all the lady did was give me very rude remarks and laugh at me when I asked her if she could put fragile on the box she said there's no point we just toss them around anyway. I will never do business at this post office again even if it means driving all the way across town
Staff is always friendly at this location. I enjoy coming to this small-town post office!
Worst mail experience ever. Rudest mail carrier I’ve ever had to deal with. Really wish they’d hire someone a bit friendlier!
