I was there November 2018 after having seizures. Very caring staff. The rooms were clean and the facility and grounds around are beautiful.

My childrens dad has dementia plus was involved in hit and run.He was ran over which caused many fractures to his pelvis plus broke bones cuts and bruises. After his hospital stay I wanted him to go to Reba rehabilatation for rehab. He was taken over by ambulance on a Friday by Wednesday morning we were told he was getting released to go home the next day on Thursday. He hasnt came close to using his in care days for PT.Their reason for sending him home was because he couldnt follow demands during PT to not put weigh on his left foot.Since he was sent over from hospital from doctor sating only toe bearing on left foot! They used the excuse that he wouldnt progressing and would be the sameway in a month and insurance would not pay for in care therapy. That was a lie,He was progressing he was getting stronger and it was obvious since he couldnt use the side board to get in wheel chair but was 2 days of Therapy he got stronger to help with getting in wheel chair.I know now why they sent him home. When I went to pick him up the physical Therapy told me he was participating in Therapy but he had to be told over and over during therapy to not put weight on left foot. The therapists told me several times before we left to bring him home that it was Adam's and my responsibility to keep him off his left foot.(Adam is his son) She repeated several times it isnt Bobbys responsibility to stay off his foot at home during home therapy it was ours. That we were totally responsible since Bobby has dementia and cannot remember to stay off! They sent a man home after only 3 days of therapy that is fresh out of being ran over and has many pelvis fractures plus many more injuries home with his son thats disabled as well to take care of his dad.The flat bed is causing more pain on Bobby! He needs a hospital bed that will help lift him.Plus Bobby spills urinal in bed since he is needing to use during the night and cannot raise up on his own without help or at least a bed that raises his head! Its really sad ,I had heard good things about Reba and choose him to go there! You may want to look into before sending your loved one there for many reasons.Plus the patients I saw each day in cafeteria each one of them looked so sad.It wasnt a happy place whatsoever!Beaware!!

Mom had stroke and we heard great things about Reba’s, and were excited for her to go there. First day there, she was left to sit in wheelchair in the same spot in the room for 5 1/2 hours straight. They would not allow me to take her to tour the building as they said they still had to do more evaluations. That is fine and all except when the nurse walks off and starts doing other things after telling us she will be in shortly... and never came back for who knows how long at that point. Next, the nurse decided she was going to fill my moms cup up with faucet water from the sink in her room to drink from.. keep in mind that is where most health departments find the most bacteria growing, and when they bath her they are rinsing it out in the sink, plus the faucet was rusty and old. I decided to walk straight down to the kitchen area to get her some filtered water, and the ice machine and water machine was covered in calcium build up and possibly black mold up on the inside of it.. disgusting.. who would drink from that....or get ice from that. I would attach a picture if possible since I took one in such disgust as proof I was not exadurating. I Took extra measures and got her a jug of filtered water, and advised the nurses to only use that for her to drink, do not use sink water. Guess what, the only time that jug has been touched is when I filled her cup myself. The jug has been kept right next to the sink to basically block, it can not be missed to say the least. The nurses are all very rude and act too busy to assist. Thank god for the therapist, because they are the only reason my mother is getting taken care of. The nurses didn’t even change the sheets on the bed, the therapist was the one who noticed they weren’t changed before I even said anything, since she observed they were dirty and changed them for her. If it weren’t for the therapist doing a great job providing the therapy she needs, we would have taken the extra measures to move her out of this facility in a heartbeat. My mother had to use the restroom, and we observed a nurse outside of her room, in which was her specific nurse at that time, and told her we needed assistance getting her to the restroom, and she was standing there on the computer, and had to odasity to say.. “did you push the red call nurse button?” Keep in mind my mother can not speak from having a stroke.. not sure how they expect them to tell her something is wrong or what she needs. By the time they make it down there it’s too late anyways.nMy recommendation is if you have family in there, take an extra look at what’s really going on, and spend extra time up there to monitor. I have been up there everyday as well as family just to insure my mother is actually taken care of. You are trusting people to take care of your loved one, and paying money to do so, and it’s pretty disheartening when you have to question if it’s even worth keeping her there. Very disappointed.
