The kindest, most compasionist staff , and funeral director I have ever come in contactnwith . All of our needs and requests were met to the fullest .
First, they tried to sell their services to me based on the fact that they’re “about the cheapest in town”. I wasn’t interested in cheap service or price comparisons as I made arrangements. Then, the funeral director is nearly deaf which required me to basically yell as I provided the necessary information. This horrible communication led to them using an incorrect date of birth. Finally, I asked for no obituary to to be placed, but this was done anyway against my wishes and with the wrong date of birth published. All of this made for a very unpleasant experience as I made my way through the beginning stages of grief.
