I WILL UPDATE IF CORRECTED: Soooo apparently no one here can answer a phone! I am trying to find out where my package is that claims they attempted delivery. Lies! I WAS HOME ALL DAY. No activity on the tracking number and no reply email... I will pick up my package myself if SOMEONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE to confirm it is there!!!!
Dropped off 2 wreaths packaged and already labelled by Prate Ship, postage paid. They were not delivered nor ever left post office it appears. Don't know they appear to have disappeared into thin air.
Never ship here at this location poor customer service they don’t know how to deal with the customers and one of The ladies is fighting with the customers I don’t know how did she get here because United states postal service is international customers service provider. They lost my items they said ;we don’t know where your items are; It was priority from August 20/ and scheduled August 25 almost two months. They are 0 in customers service and and they are careless customers service.
Very Very bad customer service the old black lady she is very rude and disrespectfulnShe traet me like dog and she traow my mail paper on my face i got stressed after waking outside all long day
Basically worthless for delivering anything apart from bulk mail advertising spam.
