Absolutely horrible supervisor. Called because I get neighbors bills and mortgage paperwork. Get tired of delivering. Well first two male employees hung up on me. Then, when I call and get supervisor, she says they are not my post office. Well, called Kinsley Station and the Central Post Office, they confirmed, this is my post office. No wonder I don't get my mail. This all started about 5 years ago (I have lived here over twenty years). I know I'm closer to the Kingsley office and on the edge of zips, but so are a lot of folks. They really need to get their act together, some people actually get checks in the mail, I use to but hope I never have to again.
Absolute trash. Try calling and they HATE answering the phones. Lived in the neighborhood for 5 years and they always take the phones off the line so that they give you a busy signal. Not to mention how many times they deliver to the wrong house and you NEVER GET YOUR PACKAGES SO THEY ARE JUST STEALING FROM COMPANIES AND ACTUAL HARD WORKING AMERICANS.
Always get good service and workers are always friendly but when busy they always seem to have just one worker helping customers. That is why I put 4 stars.
Went there today for The first time to mail some packages. When I was using the automated machine a male employee came over and was very helpful and patient explaining details to me. I also had to go through the service line and staff there are pleasant and helpful too!
The customer service at this location exceeded my expectations. I walked in with a large box that was not full & when I got the total it was higher than expected due to the size of my box. The customer service representative offered to help me find a more suitable box (he could have just charged me the higher price and moved on, but he gave me a choice) and we repackaged it off to the side so as not to take up space that was needed in front of the register. I had help from 2 different people and appreciated the time that they took to assist me in taking care of my package and getting it to the location faster!nnSuperb service in every way! I will drive out of my way in the future just to visit THIS location. Patient and courteous staff.
