We love this post office. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues coming here to drop off packages or having to stand in line to get assistance mailing items internationally. They have a dp it yourself counter where you can print labels for packages.
Impossible to contact a working member to talk to on the phone. Tried to come pick up my package after changing the delivery, and after driving 40 minutes and missing work, the delivery driver still took the package making me unable to pick up. Hours of operation are also incorrect. They did not only frustrate people, they disappoint every single time. I lost work hours just to have to wait another week to be able to pick my package.
With every loaded down trailer that arrives and already way behind unloading and sorting, why would you be closed on a Saturday? Somebody please justify this to me! Leadership this is the time to step up. We're watching and waiting. They have released now, seriously more than enough funding to pay for all positions needed to work 8 days week if needed but people, postal jobs are all HIGH paying. For what they are making, every postal worker you happen to see should be moving with such a sence of urgency.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is thanks to Mr. Chris Gunn, i had been calling for an hour about 30 times with no answer when they did finally answer it was a lady who put me on hold for 10 min she didn't even ask me what i needed and then hung up i called again and she answered and hung up again until i finally called one more time and Mr. Chris answered and he was really pleasant he helped me get the issue resolved and answered my questions he definitely knows how it is to work in customer service very experienced, i highly appreciate him not being rude like the other woman was.
Have had a PO Box with them for years. Never had a problem. Always friendly and helpful whenever I need to go to the counter.
